Product Care Guide

Proper care helps maintain the appearance, performance, and service life of your bag. Please follow the care instructions according to the material.

Leather Bags

Cleaning

  • Gently remove surface dust with a soft, dry cloth.
  • For light stains, use a slightly damp cloth and wipe gently.
  • Use a leather cleaner or conditioner designed for the specific type of leather when necessary.

Care

  • Condition the leather periodically to help prevent excessive dryness and cracking.
  • Keep the bag away from sharp objects that may scratch the surface.
  • If minor surface mold appears, gently wipe the affected area with a small amount of petroleum jelly (Vaseline), then allow the bag to air-dry naturally in a well-ventilated area. Test on a small, inconspicuous area first to avoid discoloration.

Avoid

  • Do not soak or machine wash.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to water, direct sunlight, high temperatures, and strong chemicals.
  • If the leather becomes wet, gently blot away excess moisture and allow it to air-dry naturally.

Storage

  • Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place.
  • Fill the bag with soft paper or fabric to help maintain its shape.
  • Use a breathable dust bag for long-term storage.

  • For small stains, wipe gently with a damp sponge or cloth using cold water.

Care

  • Re-wax the canvas when the surface becomes noticeably dry or loses water resistance.

Avoid

  • Do not machine wash, dry clean, or use detergent.
  • Avoid hot water, tumble drying, ironing, and strong cleaning chemicals, as they may damage the wax coating.

Storage

  • Allow the bag to dry completely before storage.
